Ellen Simpson, age 85, transitioned Tuesday, January 17, 2023. Ms. Simpson was born April 5, 1937, in Baltimore, Maryland.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 11th at the Vaughn Greene Randallstown Chapel, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD where the family will receive friends from 2:00PM-2:30PM with services to follow.
