On Tuesday, January 10, 2023, Services for Mr. Rawlings, will be held at Evangelical Baptist Church, 4430 Reisterstown Rd, Baltimore, MD where family will receive friends from 10:30AM-11:00AM with services to follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, Owings Mills MD immediately following services.
