Duane Bismark Victory, Jr., age 64, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, December 10, 2022. Mr. Victory was born in Springfield, MA on February 25, 1958 to Exavier and Duane B. Victory, Sr. The family relocated to Baltimore, MD. He had been employed as a contractor in the construction industry. He will be missed by his family and friends. A viewing will be held Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212 from 3:30 until 6:30 pm. The funeral services will be held 11:00 am, Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at Grace Baptist Church, 3201 The Alameda, Baltimore, MD 21218. The wake will begin at 10:30 am.
