I did not know Rodney as well as some, but I worked with him almost every day for about 4 years. During this time Rodney earned my love and respect in many ways. He could be stubborn as an ox, but he had a heart of gold. The gold just needed a little dusting from time to time. LOL. The man could work circles around the best of us and he never complained. He was a valuable member of our Keiser team and a good friend. He is irreplaceable. I will miss him.
