On Saturday, November 12, 2022, a homegoing celebration for Mr. Andre' Keith Franklin will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at the Vaughn Greene Randallstown Chapel, 8728 Liberty Road, where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow.
