James Napoleon Nivens, age 75, transitioned Friday, October 7, 2022. Mr. Nivens was born April 26, 1947 in Chesterfield, SC. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 26th where the family will receive friends from 4:00 pm until 7:00pm at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD. Services will be held on Thursday, October 27th at Vaughn Greene Randallstown Chapel where the family will receive friends from 10:00AM – 10:30AM with services to follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery immediately following services.
