On Saturday October 15, 2022, Services for Mr. Oliver will be held at Vaughn Greene Randallstown Chapel, 8728 Liberty Rd, Randallstown, MD where family will receive friends from 2:00PM – 2:30PM with services to follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, Owings Mills on Monday, October 17, 2022, at 10:45AM.
