Obituary of Rosa Lee McDaniel-Douglas

Rosa Lee McDaniel-Douglas, age 93, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 6, 2022, after a life well lived. Mrs. McDaniel-Douglas was born in Kings Mountain, NC on September 15, 1929, to Iola and Roy Byers. Mrs. McDaniel-Douglas was employed as a social worker for the City of Baltimore. She will be missed by her family and friends. A viewing will be held Friday, October 21, 2022, at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212, from 4:00 - 7:00 pm. The Homegoing services will be held 10:30 am, Saturday, October 22, 2022, at United Baptist Church, 1615 E. Eager Street, Baltimore, MD 21205. The wake will begin at 10:00 am. The burial will follow the services in Lorraine Park Cemetery, Baltimore, MD.
