It is with great sadness that I offer sincere condolences to the family of longtime friend Isaac "Ike" Nelson, who passed away on September 30, 2022 and was memorialized on October 17, 2022. I hope the family had a lot of support during a very sad time. I remember Ike with great fondness as he was great friend of my oldest brother, Lensey Hamilton, and a longtime friend of the Hamilton and McClendon families in Baltimore and beyond. He and my brother allowed me to hang around them and enjoy fun times. I say to his widow Jackie and all the children, I hope your fond memories of your husband and father will sustain you during the coming days and weeks.

Uncle Ike you will truly be missed. One of the greatest men to ever walked this planet. He had his own style and could dressed. No one was matching his fly. I remember growing up you and my grandma munch your sister, use to be in the house telling all the memories she used to be so tickled with you I can hear her laugh now and you would say munch what’s so funny oh you laughing it was the sweetest to see brother and sister encountered they way you two did. My deepest condolences to my aunt Jackie and my cousins. The dapper dawn has gained his wings and is resting on and enjoying his new beginnings with all this siblings and his parents.
