Obituary of Mary Frances Blanton

Mary Frances Blanton passed away on September 27, 2022, at the age of 88. She was born on March 31, 1934, to parents Joseph and Frances Boone in Ellicott City, Maryland and was one of twelve children. She wed Harold Blanton on January 2, 1960, and settled in Randallstown, MD where their marriage lasted 60 years until his passing on May 31, 2020. Mary was a devout Catholic, dedicating her life to helping others, from volunteering at a soup kitchen, to fostering 6 children. She loved helping others no matter how great or small of a task, wanting to bring smiles and joy to people's lives. Mary is survived by her 2 children, Mary Roosa and Stephanie Blanton; 5 grandchildren, Dylan Greenblatt, Zach Greenblatt, Matthew Blanton, Cody Blanton, and Chelsea Blanton, and 2 great-grandchildren; Elizabeth Blanton and Carter Blanton. Funeral Services will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church located at 9531 Liberty Road on Monday, October 3, 2022, at 11:00am. Graveside Service will be held at The Holy Family Catholic Cemetery located at 10636 Liberty Road.
