Eleanor Arthur, age 96, transitioned Sunday, September 4, 2022. Ms. Arthur was born August 11, 1926 in Baltimore, MD. A homegoing celebration will be held on Monday, September 19, 2022 at Vaughn Greene Randallstown Chapel, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD where the family will receive friends from 10:00AM -10:30AM with services to follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery immediately following services.
