On Friday, September 9, 2022, services for Mr. Snowden, will be held at The Vaughn Greene WEST Chapel, 5151 Baltimore National Pike, Baltimore, MD 21229, where the family will receive friends from 10:00AM-10:30AM, with services to follow. The interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery & Mausoleum, immediately following services.
