Mr. Wilbert "Randy" Tilghman, transitioned from this life on August 24, 2022. Mr. Tilghman was born on December 21, 1944. A viewing for Mr. Tilghman, will be held on Friday, September 9, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD 21133. On Saturday, September 10, 2022, a homegoing celebration for Mr. Tilghman, will be held at The City Temple of Baltimore, 317 Dolphin Street, Baltimore MD 21217, where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow. The interment service will take place at Garrison Forest Veteran's Cemetery.
