Flore L. Mincey, age 76, departed this life on Wednesday, August 17, 2022. Mrs. Mincey was born in Bladenboro, NC on August 29, 1945, to Amanda and Ernest Kelly. Mrs. Mincey had been employed as a private duty nurse. She will be missed by her family.
A celebration of life will be held 11:00 am, Thursday, August 25, 2022, in the chapel at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - West, 5151 Baltimore National Pike, Baltimore, MD 21229. The wake will begin at 10:30 am.
The burial will follow in Druid Ridge Cemetery, Baltimore, MD.
