Obituary of Ruth Berger Boone

Mrs. Ruth Berger Boone was born on December 13, 1944, to Otis Lee Berger and Ola Fitzgerald Berger, in Danville, VA. Ruth is survived by her husband Daniel and two children: Danielle and Dante; their spouses; two grandchildren, Emory and Mason; sister, Ola Elizabeth Webb; nephew Branford; first cousins Robert Berger and Bishop Raymond Berger; and many other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents Otis and Ola Berger. Ruth departed this life on Monday, August 15, 2022, at the Village at Augsburg assisted living facility. For those that knew her well, we rejoice that she is free from pain, for those that loved her dearly, she will always be. The interment services will be held at Lakeview Memorial Gardens immediately following the homegoing celebration.
