Clarence Rufus Hayes, age 89, of Baltimore, transitioned Friday, July 22, 2022 in Baltimore, MD. Mr. Hayes was born September 11, 1932 in Franklin County, NC. On Wednesday, August 3, 2022, Friends may visit Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212, from 3:30 – 6:30PM. On Thursday, August 4, 2022, services for Mr. Hayes will be held at Wayland Baptist Church, 3200 Garrison Boulevard, where the family will receive friends from 10:30 – 11:00AM with services to follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veteran Cemetery, 11501 Garrison Forest Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117 immediately following services.
