Visitation hours will be Monday, July 25, 2022, from 4:30PM-7:00PM at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD. On Tuesday, July 26, 2022, Services for Mrs. Cooper will be held at New Shiloh Baptist, 2100 N. Monroe, Baltimore, MD where family will receive friends from 10:00AM – 11:00AM with services to follow. The interment will take place at Maryland National Cemetery, Laurel MD immediately following services.
