Roger Thornton, age 64, departed this life on Sunday, June 19, 2022. A lifelong resident of Baltimore, MD, Mr. Thornton was born on January 29, 1958 to Dosie and Harry Thornton. Mr. Thornton had been employed as a construction worker. He will be missed by his family and friends. A viewing will be held Thursday, June 30, 2022, at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212 from 3:30 - 6:30 PM. The celebration of his life will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, July 1, 2022, in the chapel of Vaughn Greene Funeral Services. The wake will begin at 10:30 AM. The burial will follow the services in Parkwood Cemetery, Baltimore, MD.
