A viewing for Mr. Scribner will be held on Wednesday, June 22nd from 4:00pm until 7:00pm at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD. A homegoing service will be held on Thursday, June 23rd at Morning Star Baptist Church, 1063 W. Fayette Street, Baltimore, MD 21223, where the family will receive friends from 10:30am until 11:00am with services to follow. The interment service will take place at the Arbutus Memorial Park immediately following services.
