On Saturday, July 9, 2022, a memorial service for Mrs. Esther Shelton will be held at the Vaughn Greene Chapel at Randallstown, 8728 Liberty Road, where the family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. with services to follow.
