Bishop Richard Farmer, Jr. D.D., age 89, of Owings Mills, Maryland transitioned Thursday, May 12, 2022, quietly in his sleep. Bishop Farmer was born May 22, 1932, in Baltimore, Maryland. The public viewing will be held Monday, June 6, 2022, from 4:00pm until 7:00pm at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, Maryland, 21133. The Homegoing Celebration for Bishop Farmer will be held Tuesday, June 7, 2022, in the Chapel of Vaughn Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, Maryland, 21133. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Services to follow. Interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, Tuesday, June 7, 2022 immediately following services.
