A homegoing service for Mrs. Rather will be held on Friday, May 13th at The City Temple Of Baltimore, 317 Dolphin St, Baltimore, MD where the family will receive friends from 10:30AM -11:00AM with services to follow. The interment will take place at Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery in Victoria Virginia.
