Mr. Wilson was a sweet, kind, considerate, loving, fun, stubborn, and free spirited person. I loved him for all of his qualities. He brought joy to our IRS work family daily. I can’t ever recall seeing Mr. Wilson in a bad mood. He was always upbeat. I grew to love him as family and was in touch with him on a constant basis after his retirement and up until I could no longer reach him. I am honored and blessed to have known Mr. Wilson and to be able to call him “Friend”. He was a true free spirit that will forever be remembered. I am so sorry for your loss and I am keeping the family uplifted in Prayer.
