Celestine Biggs, age 79, of Baltimore, transitioned Wednesday, March 30, 2022. Ms. Biggs was born April 1, 1942 in Tillery, NC. A viewing will be on Friday, April 22nd where the family will receive friends from 4:00 pm until 7:00pm at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD. Services will be held on Saturday, April 23rd at the Vaughn Greene Randallstown Chapel, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD where the family will receive friends from 10:00AM -10:30AM with services to follow. The interment will be held at King Memorial Park immediately following services.
