Roosevelt O'Neal, Jr, age 58, transitioned Sunday, February 27, 2022. Mr. O'Neal was born June 20, 1963 in Baltimore, MD. A viewing will be held on will be Thursday, March 24th where the family will receive friends from 4:30 pm until 7:00pm at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD. On Friday, March 25th, Services for Mr. O'Neal will be held at the Vaughn Greene Randallstown Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 10:00AM -10:30AM with services to follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery immediately following services.
