Mr. Jeffers, you will be missed. You were already missed the day you retired and left Fort Myer. I recall the many times I came down to your office to get a "sanity" check when things were getting to me. It didn't have to be an EEO issue . . . it could be about anything. You listened with compassion and always gave sound, thoughtful advice. You have earned your place among the stars. I can only hope one day to have the wisdom and goodness of soul that you displayed each and every day. God speed.

I'm so sorry to learn my longtime friend, Quincy Jeffers, passed away. We had many conversations about the workplace we shared. He always had sage advice about getting along with coworkers. I will miss Quincy, and I offer my sympathy to his loved ones. May his memory be a blessing to us all. See you in heaven Quincy.
