To the family of Mrs. Shirley A. Cotton, you all have my sincere condolence. The Cotton Family lived next door to me for more than 12 years or more. My two sons (Scotty, Michael) & daugther (Toni/Jelly),were very close to Randolph, Jr. The boys went to school together. Ms. Cotton was very gentle, pleasant & loving. Even after she moved away we still stayed in contact with each other always at Walmart. She cared for Isaiah like he was her own son. May she rest in peace. To her sons (Randy & Chris) stay together in unity & love, seek the Lord Jesus Christ. I'm here for you should you need me. Be blessed in the Lord. Mrs. Joann E. Hill
