Bettye Smith, age 77, transitioned Tuesday, December 7, 2021. Mrs. Smith was born on April 4, 1944.
A memorial service for Mrs. Smith will be held on Saturday, March 5th at the Vaughn Greene Randallstown Chapel, 8728 Liberty Road, where the family will receive friends from 3:00PM – 3:30PM with services to follow.
