My family and I extend our deepest sympathies to the love ones of Mr. Charlie in his passing. We have nothing but fond memories of him while he lived next door to us on Nevada Street in Baltimore, MD. He was always so joyful and caring, especially to children. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
