On Monday, December 13, 2021, Services for Ms. Owen's will be held at Vaughn Greene Randallstown Chapel, 8728 Liberty Rd, Randallstown, MD at 10:00AM. The interment will take place at Pine Grove United Methodist Church immediately following services.
