Douglas Stanley Bell, age 77, of Baltimore, transitioned Thursday, November 25, 2021 in home in Baltimore. Mr. Bell was born July 2, 1944 in Baltimore, MD. On calling hours for Mr. Bell will be Thursday, December 9th at Vaughn Greene WEST Chapel, 5151 Baltimore National Pike from 4:00PM-7:00PM. The family will also receive friends on Friday, December 10th at the Vaughn Greene WEST Chapel, 5151 Baltimore National Pike from 10:30AM-11:00AM. Services for Mr. Bell will begin at 11:00AM. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, Owings Mills on December 10th at 1:45PM
