William Roscoe Joyner, Jr., age 86, transitioned Friday, November 26, 2021. Mr. Joyner was born April 25, 1935 in Richmond, VA. A homegoing service for Mr. Joyner will be held on Wednesday, December 1st at the Vaughn Greene Randallstown Chapel, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD where the family will receive friends from 2:00PM-2:15PM with services to follow. The interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery immediately following services.
