Marvel Frances Willis, age 101, transitioned Wednesday, November 17, 2021. Mrs. Willis was born March 6,1920 in Baltimore, MD. A celebration of life service will be held on Wednesday, December 15th, at the Vaughn Greene Randallstown Chapel, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD where the family will receive friends from 10:00AM-11:00AM with services to follow. The interment will take place at Arbutus Memorial Park immediately following services.
