Mr. Spruill was born on October 19, 1958, to Odessa Inez and John Louis Spruill in Baltimore, MD. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. A viewing will be held Tuesday, November 30, 2021, at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD from 3:30 - 6:30 PM. The celebration of his life will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, December 1, 2021, in the chapel at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services. The wake will begin at 10:00 AM. The burial will follow the services in Parkwood Cemetery, Baltimore, MD.
