Paulette Garrison Bowser, age 72, transitioned Monday, November 1, 2021. Mrs. Bowser was born February 17, 1949, in Baltimore, MD. A memorial service for Ms. Bowser will be held on Saturday, November 27th at the Tab, 8334 Liberty Road, Windsor Mill, MD where the family will receive friends from 10:30AM-11:00AM with services to follow. The interment will be held at the Holly Hills Cemetery immediately following services.
