I remember having great conversations with Terry in the Ireton cafeteria. Then we caught up again at the 25 yr reunion and spent half the night talking, I will greatly miss him. :( God Bless. He and his family are in my and my family's prayers.

All hands. Now hear this:
"Brothers and Sisters in God we are gathered today in the sight of the Tester, the Intercessor, and the Comforter to celebrate the life of Senior Master Cheif Petty Officer Terry Street beloved father of Sarah, husband of Colleen.
A veteran of the United States Army, he also served as a part of various Law Enforcement agencies. He served the Royal Manticoran Navy in many capacities including Senior NCO of First Fleet, and Boatswain of the HMS Hector.
I ask you now to join me in prayer, not to mourn his death, but to commemorate his triumphant completion of the Great Test of life as today he enters indeed into the joy of our Lord."
All hands, man the rails and render honors.
Helm: Please set running lights to station keeping only.
Bosun: Please pipe Master Chief Street down.
All hands, return to stations. Those observant may request relief for devotions.
Rest easy Master Chief. We have the watch. Fair winds and following seas.

I have not spoken to Terry since high school and did not really know him all that well even then. But I have thought of him over the years because of how genuine his smile always was and how generous his spirit unfailingly exuded its light to everyone around him. This man was a human treasure, and while he will be missed, he and his family and all of us who ever called him a friend can be proud that Terry did serve his most important purpose, in touching so many lives in such a powerful yet humble manner.
