On Thursday, October 28, 2021, services for Mr. Scott will be held at Mount Pleasant Church & Ministries, 6000 Radecke Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21206, where the family will receive friends from 10:30 – 11:00AM with services to follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veteran Cemetery, 11501 Garrison Forest Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117 immediately following services.
