A viewing for Mr. Harrell will be held on Tuesday, September 28th where the family will receive friends from 4:30 pm until 7:00pm at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD. On Wednesday, September 29th, a homegoing service for Mr. Harrell will be held at New Christian Memorial, 3525 W. Caton Ave, Baltimore, MD where the family will receive friends from 10:30AM-11:00AM with services to follow. The interment will take place at Druid Ridge cemetery immediately following services.
