A viewing for Mrs. Carter will be held on Thursday, September 23rd where the family will receive friends from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD. On Friday, September 24th, services for Mrs. Carter will be held at the Vaughn Greene Randallstown Chapel where the family will receive friends from 10:00AM- 10:30AM with services to follow. The interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery immediately following services.
