Joan Ann Coleman, age 79, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, September 2, 2021, in Union Memorial Hospital, Baltimore, MD. Mrs. Coleman was born on April 17, 1942, in Lancaster, SC to Magnolia and Leroy Ellis. Mrs. Coleman had been employed as a claims examiner for the Social Security Administration. A viewing will be held Friday, September 24, 2021, at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212, from 3:00 - 6:00 PM. The celebration of life will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, September 25, 2021, in the Chapel at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services. The wake will begin at 10:30 AM. The burial will follow the services in Parkwood Cemetery, Baltimore, MD.
