A viewing for Mr. Mitchell will be held on Monday, September 13th where the family will receive friends from 4:00 pm until 7:00pm at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD. On Tuesday, September 14th, A homegoing service for Mr. Mitchell will be held at the Vaughn Greene Randallstown Chapel where the family will receive friends from 10:00AM- 10:30AM with services to follow. The interment will take place at King Memorial Park immediately following services.
