A public viewing for Ms. Burns will be held on Friday, August 13 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD. A homegoing celebration for Ms. Burns will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2021, at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD, where the family will receive friends from 10:30am until 1:00am with services to follow. The interment will take place at King Memorial Park, Baltimore immediately following services.
