On Saturday, July 31, 2021, services for Dr.Hall will be held at St.Cecelia Catholic Church, 3300 Clifton Ave., Baltimore, MD 21216, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 AM with services to follow. The interment will take place at New Cathedral Cemetery, 4300 Old Frederick Road, Baltimore, MD 21229, immediately following services.
