A public viewing for Ms. Bailey will be held Thursday, July 8 from 4:00 pm until 7:00pm at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD. A Homegoing Service for Ms. Bailey will be held on Friday, July 9, 2021, at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD, where the family will receive friends from 11:00am until 11:30am with services to follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery immediately following services.
