Services for Mr. James will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, June 28, 2021, at Vaughn Greene WEST Chapel, 5151 Baltimore National Pike, Baltimore, MD. The interment will take place at Loudon Park Cemetery, Monday, June 28 immediately following services.
