Daniel Charles Clack, Jr, age 66, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, June 5, 2021, in Union Memorial Hospital, Baltimore, MD. Mr. Clack was born in North Carolina to Carrie Mae and Daniel C. Clack, Sr. on April 2, 1955. Mr. Clack had been employed as a LPN.
A viewing will be held Thursday, June 17, 2021, at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212, from 3:30 - 6:30 PM.
The celebration of life will take place 11:00 AM, Friday, June 18, 2021, in Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East Chapel. The wake will begin at 10:30 AM.
The burial will follow the services in Woodlawn Cemetery, Baltimore, MD.
