Rosa Elizabeth Carter, age 96, of Baltimore, transitioned Monday, June 7, 2021 in Northwest Hospice of Randallstown, MD. Ms. Carter was born December 8, 1924 in Thomasville, NC. On Saturday, June 12, 2021, Services for Mrs. Carter will be held at Vaughn C. Greene WEST Chapel, 5151 Baltimore National Pike, Baltimore, MD. The interment will take place at New Cathedral Cemetery, on Monday, June 14 at 10:00 AM.
