A Homegoing Celebration for Ms. Smith-Chisholm will be held On Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD, where the family will receive friends from 2:00pm 2:30pm with services to immediately follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, Owings Mills immediately following services.
