Mrs. Veral Q. Jackson, age 73, of Owings Mills, transitioned Saturday, May 15, 2021. Mrs. Jackson was born March 13, 1948 in Baltimore, MD. The Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Jackson will be held Friday, May 28, 2021 at St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, 4502 Park Heights Avenue, Baltimore, MD (21215), where the family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery in Owings Mills on Friday, May 28, 2021 at 1:45 p.m.
