Obituary of Janet Harriette Alston

Janet Harriette Alston, age 90, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, May 5, 2021, after a life well lived. A lifelong resident of Baltimore, MD, Mrs. Alston was born on June 26, 1930, to Beulah and Harvey Williams. Prior to retirement, Mrs. Alston was employed as a clerical worker for the State of Maryland. A viewing will be held Wednesday, May 19, 2021, from 3:30 - 6:30 PM, at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212. The celebration of her life will be 11:00 AM, Thursday, May 20, 2021, in Vaughn Greene Funeral Services Chapel. The wake will begin at 10:30 AM. Mrs. Alston will be laid to rest with her beloved husband in Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery.
